I'm sitting here eating canned deviled ham on crackers watching tv after my ninja class. We did more multiple strikes with take downs, adding heel kicks to sensitive areas on the thighs. Our instructor, Jennifer is quite good. She's a fourth degree black belt and could kick my ass in a heartbeat if she wanted to. I may have mentioned this before, but it bears repeating. Taijitsu is like a never ending well of nuances and subtlety. It's like a spiral. You start out with big movements and as you get better, your movements get smaller and smaller and you use less and less muscle. And you have to keep your knees bent!
