Windshield & running

I got my winshield replaced. As some of you have seen, I put a big spider-web crack in it in Feb. loading the Grove's Bile into my car. Now it's all clear and nice! The old one had so many little pits in it that it was getting hard to see in some conditions. Like at night when rainy. Lights would reflect off the little pits, obscuring vision. Not a big problem, but a potentially hazardous one. But now it's all good!

Went running after work and it was very bad. I stopped after 27 minutes. (5 laps around the trails) I must have borderline asthma or bronchitis or something, because I get winded fairly easily and I was having trouble breathing a bit, like my lungs weren't working right. It's something I will overcome, in time. It's been like that all my life. I've always said that I was built like a cheetah. I can run very fast for short distances, but then have to sit and suck wind for a long time afterwards. Cheetahs will often lose kills, because they are too winded to defend it against hyenas and other poachers.

Am going to ninja class tonight, whether I like it or not.
