Driving home was a challenge as almost every little move made my arm quiver in shooting pain. There was a chiropractor there and he told me to keep my shoulder held back to avoid bad scarring and to try to move it to work out the full range of motion and that it was just very badly misaligned. He worked on it for me. I was also to put ice on it, which I'm doing now. But trying to move it now is very painful, probably due to swelling. I was told by the chiropractor guy that if it doesn't get better in a couple of days to go in and see someone about it.
On the way home I stopped at the Beef Jerky Warehouse and got some hickory beef jerky and some beef sticks. I figured that I deserved it. I almost didn't as that would mean getting in and out of a car, which was not good. But then I thought, "Damn it, I deserve it!" so I went. I was thinking that I really wanted hickory beef jerky. And lo and behold, there was a barrel labeled "Hickory." Yay!!
Liz had to help me get undressed and into my robe. At least I can still type. Not sure if I'll be able to do the Circle Challenge at Trillium this year which is only 2 weeks away. At this point, I'm not sure I'll be able to go to work tomorrow. Liz has been very good to me. All praise be her name!
Man, am I tired.
